The purpose of this plagiarism policy is to maintain the integrity, originality, and academic quality of articles published in [Journal Name]. This document outlines the policies, processes, and consequences related to plagiarism.
Submission Requirements: * Authors must ensure that their submitted manuscripts are original and have not been published elsewhere. * Proper citations and references must be provided for all external sources used. * Authors must include a statement confirming that the manuscript complies with the journal’s plagiarism policy. Plagiarism Detection: IJRCET employs plagiarism detection tools and software to screen all submissions. Editors and reviewers are also vigilant in identifying potential plagiarism. Consequences of Plagiarism: If plagiarism is identified, the following steps will be taken: Minor Plagiarism Examples: Misplaced citations, limited paraphrasing issues. Actions: Authors will be asked to correct and resubmit the manuscript. A warning will be issued. Major Plagiarism Examples: Extensive copying, lack of citation, submission of previously published work as new. Actions: Immediate rejection of the manuscript. Notification to the authors’ affiliated institutions or employers. Possible blacklisting of the author(s) from future submissions. |
